This role combines hands-on team leadership, operational governance and continuous improvement, with responsibility for establishing a structured pathway to develop future talent across Sales Operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach and develop the Sales Support team while managing workload, priorities, service levels and escalations to deliver accurate, customer-focused outcomes.

About you
You will be a confident people leader with strong operational discipline, sound commercial judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach. You will be comfortable working across teams, managing complexity and maintaining high standards in a busy export environment.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in sales support, export documentation, customer service or a related operational environment, with a strong understanding of export sales processes, documentation requirements and compliance controls.
- Proven people leadership capability, including coaching, developing and coordinating team performance in a busy operational setting.
- Confidence using systems, reporting and data to improve visibility, accuracy and decision-making, ideally including NAV or a similar enterprise system.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting capability development, succession planning or structured learning pathways.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to influence operational performance, strengthen team capability and contribute to a key function within a collaborative, commercially focused environment.
